By proceeding with the reservation, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Reservation Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of $100 is payable upon reservation. This deposit will be credited towards the total $250 enrolment fee.

Screening and Offer of a Place
Payment of the reservation deposit does not guarantee admission or enrolment. A place will only be offered following completion of the applicable screening process and confirmation that the applicant has been accepted.

Payment of the Balance
Where a place is offered, the outstanding balance of $150 shall be payable no later than 19 October 2026, being within seven (7) days of the programme commencement date of 12 October 2026.

Where the applicant elects to pay by an approved payment plan, the full enrolment fee must instead be paid in full no later than 28 September 2026.

Withdrawal During Week 1
If the applicant elects to withdraw from the programme on or before 18 October 2026, being the end of Week 1, the $150 balance paid towards the enrolment fee will be refunded. The initial $100 reservation deposit remains strictly non-refundable.

Withdrawal From Week 2 Onwards
From 19 October 2026 (Week 2) onwards, all payments made towards the enrolment fee are non-refundable, irrespective of the reason for withdrawal, non-attendance, or discontinuation of participation.

Acceptance of Terms
By making payment of the $100 reservation deposit, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to these Reservation and Enrolment Terms.
