From Recovery to Legacy is a 15-week grief education and coaching programme offered by Heartytalk. It provides psychoeducation, practical guidance and coaching to help participants navigate grief, rebuild confidence and move forward with purpose.

The programme is not psychotherapy, medical treatment or crisis support and does not replace professional mental health care. Individual experiences and outcomes may vary.
